Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love how your memories are displayed; if you are not completely satisfied with your frame, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to prevent glass breakage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the photo frame in its original box with all protective corner foam and bubble wrap to ensure the glass and wood remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned frame for quality, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement frame within 5 business days.
